JPSearch Terms of Service

Welcome to JPSearch. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the JPSearch platform ("Service"), which aggregates search results from various Japanese marketplaces. By using JPSearch, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country of residence to use JPSearch. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration and Security
  • To access JPSearch, you must create an account and pay the applicable subscription fee.
  • Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account is intended for use by a single individual only.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use JPSearch only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree:
  • Not to use the Service to facilitate, assist, or engage in the purchase, sale, or trade of illegal goods or services, as defined by the laws of your country of residence.
  • Not to use the Service or any portion of the Service's functionality via automated means or through direct API access, scraping, or similar techniques without explicit permission from JPSearch.
  • Not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Not to use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with others' use.
  • Not to abuse the Service in any way, including but not limited to setting up email alerts in such a way that would be considered spam.
  • You acknowledge that the Discord notification service may become unavailable to you if you violate the JPSearch Discord rules or Discord's Terms of Service.
4. Subscription and Payment
  • Access to JPSearch is provided on a subscription basis. The subscription fee is payable in advance and is non-refundable.
  • Prices and payment terms will be made available on the JPSearch website and are subject to change with prior notice.
  • Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials specific to JPSearch, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, are owned by or licensed to JPSearch and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any such materials without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to JPSearch at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. JPSearch makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service or the accuracy or reliability of the search results provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JPSearch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the United States of America.
